1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Relok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Relok is a crowdsourced vehicle relocation platform that connects travellers with fleet operators who need vehicles moved between cities. The Service facilitates the discovery and booking of one-way relocation opportunities and multi-city route puzzles. Relok does not own, operate, or control the vehicles listed.

3. Eligibility

To book and drive a relocation vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by the fleet operator).
• Hold a valid driver's licence accepted in the country of pickup.
• Provide accurate personal and contact information.

4. Bookings and pickups

Submitting a request does not guarantee a booking. Bookings are confirmed by our concierge team or the relevant fleet operator, typically within 24 hours. Pickup windows are indicative; actual availability is subject to the fleet operator's schedule.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Drive the vehicle lawfully and in accordance with local traffic regulations.
• Return the vehicle to the agreed destination within the agreed window.
• Be responsible for fuel, tolls, fines, and any damage incurred during your trip.
• Provide truthful information when submitting a request.

6. No guarantee of availability

Relok does not guarantee that any particular route, vehicle, or relocation will be available. Route puzzles are assembled from available segments and may change based on fleet inventory.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relok and JCH Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any vehicle booked through it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
